We're live, but still rounding off the rough edges. Coverage has gaps, and every so often a bad parse slips through. That's exactly what a Public Beta is for! Push the API, tell us where it breaks, and help us build something solid the whole community can rely on.

What to expect

SEC data is enormous, messy, and inconsistent across decades of filers. We've standardized a huge amount of it, but we are not done, and we won't pretend otherwise. In Public Beta you should expect:

  • Endpoints that evolve as we act on feedback and keep building the systems underneath.
  • Coverage that is still filling in. Some filing types, fields, or historical windows are not populated yet.
  • The occasional bug, or a filing that parses wrong. We hunt these down as we find them.

The Community tier on 3spread is always free, in beta and after. The Public Beta is about product maturity, it's not a trial.

Public Beta moves fast. We keep a public roadmap of where the platform is today, what we're building next, and the fixes and improvements that land as we go. It's the clearest picture of where 3spread stands and where it's headed.

If something looks off, missing, or just wrong, that is exactly what we want to hear. Report a stubborn filing, request coverage, or tell us what would make the data more useful for what you're building. Your feedback is the fastest way to move a filing type or tool up the queue.

  • File the details through the support form so we can track it.
  • Check the coverage and data-freshness endpoints in the API reference before reporting a gap. They tell you what's populated.
